The Best of our Service (Malachi 1:6-14)

Have you ever been in a friendship or relationship that seemed one-sided? Then you know the difficulty of these relationships. They usually cause a lot frustration and grief. In this message, we examine the same type relationship between the God and the Israelites.

The Israelites grew complacent in their relationship with God. They were okay with giving God the bare minimum. Their relationship had turned into religion.

God expresses his frustrations and states the truth: the Israelites gave him low-quality sacrifices and were not fully devoted to him. But he does not leave it there, he calls them to return their first love with surrendered hearts and give Him their best through the outflow of their hearts. And this call is not only for the Israelites, but for all His children. Let's return to our first love and learn how offer the best our services to God!
